• Handling walk-in clients and arrange visits with prospective clients
• Identify client needs, clarify information and convince clients
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Previous experience in similar role would be preferred
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
