Job Brief    

• Generating business through online freelancing portal likes odesk, elance, freelancer etc.    
• Candidate should know to write proposals for projects.    Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.    
• Should be comfortable in client interaction.    
• Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.    
• Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quartely targets.    
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to build business relationships with current and potential clients.    
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts and coordinating business generation activities.    
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.    
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks and understanding client needs.    
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.    
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
