About The Position:
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive, who would help us expand our business by developing a strategy that can drive sustainable growth of the business by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with the Clients/Vender Domestic and International.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer/Vender satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Execute marketing campaigns to engage vendor and customers through various channels and convert them from prospects to clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Work as a part of the sales and marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing Vender.
- Min 2 years' working experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive in the Software and Information Technology sector.
- Must have US market knowledge with a preferable knowledge of American market.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer and Vender support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent English communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills
