Job Description

  • Assist administrative staff in wide range of office duties;
  • Collect and distribute couriers or parcels among employees;
  • Cleaning and dusting of whole office on daily basis;
  • Serving beverages, lunch to employees;
  • Prepare and serves lunch, tea, water and other snacks to staff, guests as per their requirements;
  • Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff; like photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents;
  • Inspects and turns on air Conditioners, Lights;
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the office kitchen;
  • Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy;
